ANSI Standards

The two main standards related to personnel credentialing are the ISO/IEC 17024 Conformity Assessment - General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification of Persons, and the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) Accreditation Standard for Food Protection Managers. Both are heavily test design/psychometrics-focused but also have a fair amount of management system elements. Most of the work Human Measures does with clients is focused on helping them meet either or both of these standards, on both the psychometrics and the management system requirements.

Certification Services

I approach every new project with a conversation about what your end goals are and then design my services around those needs. Many of my projects have included one or more of the following activities: job task/practice analysis, item writing and standard-setting workshops, internal audits, test analyses, form equating, item bank design, and the creation/documentation of policies and procedures.

Accreditation Consulting

As a lead assessor for ANAB for the certificate program standard, I have an insider’s view of what is required to meet the personnel credentialing standards. Human Measures can help you navigate ANAB accreditation, prepare application materials, conduct staff training on the standard requirements, and conduct internal audits.
