I have over 25 years of experience developing tests and assessments. Prior to starting Human Measures in 2018, I held a number of senior research scientist and I/O consulting roles at SHL, PreVisor, Personnel Decisions International, and Inscape Publishing, where I worked on developing situational judgement tests, skills-based tests, and personality assessments for use in personnel selection and training/development programs. I am a co-editor for the book Simulations for Personnel Selection, as well as an author and co-author for multiple research articles and book chapters pertaining to assessment.

I am an accreditation consultant for the ASTM E2659, ASTM D8403-21, and ISO 17024 standards, and a contract assessor for ANAB, an internationally-recognized accreditation body for certificate and certification programs. I have a Master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Minnesota.

I live in the beautiful city of Minneapolis with my husband and son, where together we enjoy biking, walking and exploring the various places within our city.

My partnership style

A mentor

I enjoy mentoring early-career test developers who need guidance and assistance throughout the test development process.

Flexible

I am flexible in how I work with my clients. I start every new engagement with an open mind as to what arrangement works best for the client, whether that’s project-based work, hourly billing, or a long-term contract.

Connected

Although I am a one-woman company, I have a professional network that I leverage to assist me with projects when needed.
